Access to La Mata is taking off from Olot to Santa Pau on the GI-524 to Km 2, where there is the turnoff to the left towards Batet along the GI-5241.

Keep on this road without leaving the main up to the top of the Plateau of Batet, and past Km 4 you will see the indicator of La Mata in a yellow poster on the right.
